We ship free to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii and ordinary PO Boxes. US territories, international destinations and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are outside our delivery area.

Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays. Estimates are not guarantees. The cutoff is 07:00 PM at the fixed GMT−06:00 offset; later orders enter handling on the next business day.

Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Unused items must be in their original condition and packaging. Contact us first for authorization. Opening an item to discover a defect, damage or a wrong shipment does not by itself prevent assistance.

We cover return shipping for our error, damage or defects. Customers cover change-of-mind return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

After your returned item is received and the refund approved, funds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your payment institution may affect when the refund appears.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Request an eligible return and place a separate order for your preferred item.
