Shipping Policy
A clear guide to where we ship and how delivery timing is calculated.
Delivery area
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. Ordinary PO Box addresses are accepted. We do not currently ship to US territories, international destinations, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Shipping cost
All orders within our delivery area receive free standard shipping. There is one standard shipping method.
Handling and order cutoff
Handling takes 1–2 business days. The daily order cutoff is 07:00 PM at the fixed offset GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time). This offset remains fixed throughout the year, including when Chicago observes daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter the handling window that day; orders at or after the cutoff enter on the next business day.
Transit and estimated delivery
Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined handling and transit estimate is 4–6 business days from the applicable handling-window start. Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays are excluded from business-day calculations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
