Simple terms for returns, product issues and refunds.
30-day return window
Contact us to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to request a return
Email support@stirxling.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your item. The authorized return address is stirxling, 990 Mccabe Rd, Waterville, NY 13480, United States.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Opening packaging or examining an item to discover a defect, damage or incorrect shipment does not by itself make it ineligible for assistance. We review the issue and provide return instructions where needed.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping when the return is due to our error, a damaged item or a defect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Original standard shipping is free, so there is no original shipping charge to deduct.
Refunds
After we receive the returned item and approve the refund, funds will be refunded automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days of approval. The time a refund appears in your account may depend on your payment institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may request an eligible return and place a separate order for the item you prefer.
